the multiple toobar Mess

"Toobars are useful" having said that, you cant wade aways from all the mess it brings with it. Each toobar is a product of some big player in the internet domain and each player claims world dominance. So there is nothing much we as users can do; apart from use features whic are really good in each of the toolbar provides. And yes there are many features which are mutually exclusive and thats how each of the companies promoting them claim world dominance.
Examples of such features are
  • Yahoo! having 'Anti-Spy' which is small, fast and effective solution.
  • MSN brings along the prower to have tabs in Internet Explorer
  • Google's search who's power cannot be matched with the other players
  • Internet explorer's inhernt toolbars with navingation and quick 'Links'

This is esentially the root of the problem. Can we have one toolbar that does all the above features I'm interested in? Not right now! Well i urge the programers to come up with such a possibility assuming the companies providing these toolbars open their API for programers to consume them.

Remeber the toolbar wars are not yet over and there is a huge list of companies pushing thier custom toolbars for you to use.
